4-H events begin daily between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
Food vendors begin preparing food around 11:00 AM.
Admissions gates start charging admission at 12:00 PM.
4-H Exhibit Hall is open from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM daily
Commercial Expo Building is open from 12:00 PM–9:00 PM daily
Carnival rides begin at 1:00 PM.
On weekdays, the fair closes around 11:00 PM.
On weekends, the fair closes around 12:00 AM.
Tickets
General Admission
FREE before 12:00 PM every day of the fair!
Children under 10 years old: FREE
Adults: $10.00 per person
General admission tickets are required for grandstand events.
Carnival Tickets & Wristband Deals
Available Online and at the Fair
All Day Wristband - $30.00
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Wristband - $20.00
Wristbands are available every day from our carnival or can be bought online.
Close-toed shoes are a requirement for select rides.

Monday, July 24 | KVREMC Day
$2 off General Admission with REMC card or bill. Live electric demo at 7:00 PM.
Tuesday, July 25 | Special Abilities Day
Individuals with special abilities and a companion are invited to ride the carnival rides for free from 1PM to 5PM in a sensory-friendly environment where the lights will be dimmed and sound reduced. Contact Rachel Stoner to receive your special abilities carnival wristbands:

Wednesday, July 26 | Senior Citizen & Veterans Appreciation Day
Seniors 62 and older and Veterans receive free General Admission.
Seniors Program will be from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Park Place Pavilion.
During this time, visit over 20 different senior-oriented vendors, all in the Park Place Pavilion.
Veterans Program will host veteran-related services at the Park Place Pavilion starting at 5:00 PM.
The Valparaiso Community Band will play at 6:00 PM followed by a Veterans Day speaker starting at 7:00 PM.

DIRECTIONS
From Laporte County
Take 80/94 West to Exit 26 Valparaiso. Go South on SR 49 through Valparaiso to Division. Grounds are on the left.
From North Lake County
Take 80/94 East to Exit 26 Valparaiso. Go South on SR 49 through Valparaiso to Division. Grounds are on the left
From South Lake County
Take US 30 East to SR 49 and turn Right. Drive to Division. Grounds are on the left.
From East Porter County
Take US 30 West to SR 49 and turn left. Drive to Division. Grounds are on the left.
PARKING
Parking is always free! There are four main parking areas to the grounds. As you arrive, please follow the instructions of traffic controllers that will direct traffic to a parking lot.
If you are arriving for a concert, please make sure that you arrive in plenty of time to park and arrive at the show. Traffic on the way to the grounds will be heavy so please allow extra time for that.
West Parking Lot 1
This is the main parking area just west of the Expo Building.
South Parking Lot 2
This is the commercial vendor and 4h parking area. You must have a designated parking pass to park here.
East Parking Lot 3
This parking lot is for general fair parking, grandstands entertainment and overflow traffic.
North Parking Lot 4
This parking lot is for general fair parking, Horse Arena, Grandstands and overflow.
