Thank you for your interest in joining us as a INDOOR vendor at the 2017 Porter County Fair!
If you are interested in outdoor space, you will need to contact our Fair Manager, Kevin Hannon as outdoor spaces are managed separately.
Spaces are limited for vendors and because we want to offer a variety of vendors for the benefit of both our guests and fellow vendors, we will be reviewing all applications to ensure there is diversity among vendors. Submitting this form in no way guarantees you a booth at our fair. Submitting the form below signifies your interest in becoming a vendor. If there is space available and your organization is a good fit, Kevin will contact you regarding the next steps to officially register and pay for your booth space.
Please know that our fair does require you to provide us with proof of insurance for the dates of our fair and for you to sign a contract agreeing to the terms and conditions of our fair. This contract is viewable on our webpage. Please be sure to read this fully before submitting you application.
INDOOR BOOTH SPACES
All booths are 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. Electricity is available for all booths as needed. Pipe and drape are provided for the booths. In-line booths are $400.00 per booth space and corner booths (double exposure) are $500 per booth space. There is to be no subletting of space. Electric is available at a cost of $4.00 per day for 110 Volt and $8.00 a day for 220 Volt.
There is a 4 feet height restriction in front and the first 4 feet of the booth so as not to block the view of neighboring booth spaces for those visiting the Commercial Building. No pins or staples are permitted on the trade show curtains. It is suggested that “S” hooks be used to display items that need to be hung for the display or exhibit. The display may not extend out into the isles. The fire marshal will not allow tents or similar canopies to be used within a booth. There will only be walk-through security provided during building hours.

The chairs and tables are provided by the expo center and must be a SEPARATE check from booth rental made out to Porter County Expo Center or cash. Prices do not include tax. You must provide a Tax ID number if you are tax exempt. Please pay the Expo office at setup.
