Porter County Fair Commercial Exhibits and Space Rental Information

Hi Everyone! It is time to register for commercial space at the 2011 fair. As you will notice on the following page there have been some big changes to commercial space. There is no longer a commercial tent. There will be outdoor commercial space available. Individual tents can be rented through Lafayette Tent Company or can be provided by the vendor if of similar quality. Additional booth space has been added inside the air-conditioned expo building for vendors that were previously in the commercial tent.

REGISTRATION IMPORTANT DATES

1. Only register the booth numbers you had last year.
   
2. On April 25th you can request to move to any open space or add space.
3. On May 2nd commercial tent vendors can choose from the booths available
4. On May 16th registration opens up to the general public.

By Purchasing a Booth you agree to these Terms and Conditions

NOTES

1. If you are purchasing adjoining booths, you only need to purchase electric hook-up once.
2. Booth prices include all registration fees.
3. Due to software limitations, if you move to a more expensive location or add a booth, the additional cost will be billed immediately.
4. If you use the deposit option, the second installment will be billed automatically using the same form of payment as the first. Please make sure funds will be available in that account or card ON JUNE 15th 2011.
5. Outdoor space is 40’ deep, $75 per foot of width. 20’ minimum then 5’ increments. If you want a space bigger than 20 X 40 e-mail Mike a width and he will create your booth so you can purchase.
